In 2015, I conceptualized and co-founded The Clean Eating Academy, a paid online education platform with robust and in-depth virtual cooking and nutrition classes with some of the top healthy cooking experts.

From sourcing and securing on-camera talent, negotiating agreement terms, bringing together a video crew, script writing, overseeing video production and editing, syllabus creation, creating marketing and promotional materials and pulling the full package together for successful course launch after course launch, I was deeply involved in every step of the process and oversaw 20+ courses and guided health and wellness challenges in 6 years.
